Shipping rates
We charge flat-rate shipping on every order:

• Orders under $100: $22.99
• Orders of $100 or more: $34.99

Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within [X] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and are not guaranteed.

Warm weather
To protect your chocolates, we may hold orders during periods of hot weather and ship them early in the week to avoid them sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nuttychocolatiermuskoka.ca within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date.
